RTM began the relationship with Bupa Aged Care in 2015. This began as the need for reporting and messaging software, along with increased demand for patient quality care. RTM was rolled out into twenty-six Bupa Aged Care facilities in 2015 with the remaining facilities over 2016. With Bupa’s vision in mind we worked closely with both them and Total Communications, the RTM Authorised Contractor, during the installation process to ensure our product delivery was on time and ready to fulfil their needs.
As Bupa’s needs and technology change rapidly, RTM is advancing and developing along with those changes and works alongside Bupa to produce new solutions and constant system updates. Over the past five years supporting Bupa we have recorded 129 million events, performed 360 software updates and have all the Bupa sites scheduled to roll out with RTM software. We offer ongoing technical support to Bupa and pride ourselves on the relationship built with our solution-based software.
