Advanced Reporting
RTM also provides Advanced Reports to assist management and maintenance staff alike.
The “Site Summary” report provides a detailed overview of a site’s response times by day and shift, providing a quick snapshot of the overall effectiveness of staffing levels.
A “Site Audit” report, designed for maintenance staff, details devices (such as call points) that have not been activated or “seen” by the system during a selectable time period, potentially indicating a maintenance issue with the device. Staff can take that report and test each device. Once tested as fully operational, the device will appear as operational on the Site Status Dashboard and will not appear on the report on when next run.
