Opal understands that deciding on an aged care provider for an individual is never easy. Their aged care approach is not about buildings, homes or lifestyle choices but engaging with residents with empathy, understanding and the goal of improving their quality of life.
RTM works with Opal to achieve high-quality care for residents and their families. Our Opal Aged Care relationship began in 2017 as their demand for updated software and solutions for patient quality increased. The first RTM software rollout started at the Northlakes Opal Aged care site in 2018, and over the last 4 years RTM, and its team of Authorised Contractors (including Access Protocol in WA, Alert Tech in VIC, Carecom in QLD and Total Communications in NSW), have installed, configured and interfaced Nurse Call, Telephony for Messaging, CCTV and Fire Alarms. Unified reporting and messaging in all sites has now been completed.
While supporting Opal, we have performed four software updates to all sites, with many new features, including automated auditing of critical messaging systems with our real-time monitoring software. We offer ongoing technical support and training to Opal Aged Care and pride ourselves on our long-standing relationship, utilising our suite of solution-based software.
